1. Pick the apps you want.
2. Start your customized installer.
3. You’re done!

Ninite installs apps with default settings and says “no” to browser toolbars and other junk.
Ninite checks your PC’s language and 64-bit support to install the latest, best version of each app.
Ninite runs on Windows XP/Vista/7 and works in the background 100% hands-free.
All Ninite does is install the apps you choose.  Not even Ninite is installed.

Dropbox instantaneously backs up and syncs your files over the internet and to any computer. After you install the application, it will create a Dropbox folder on your hard drive. Any file you put inside that folder will automatically be synced and monitored for changes, and each time a change is saved, it backs up and syncs the file again. Even better, Dropbox does revision history, so if you accidentally saved a file and wanted to revert to an old version or deleted a file, Dropbox can recover any previous version.

thesixtyone is an experimental game that transforms listening to new music into a fun, massively multiplayer adventure.

Despite the incredible wave of creativity that’s happening in music, most people have a difficult time overcoming their underlying “musical inertia” — why bother with the typical tediousness of music discovery when you can fall back into the comfortable familiarity of your iTunes collection?

Tired of seeing great music fade into obscurity, we wondered if we could harness our experience designing video games to make something that could challenge music geeks and attract average people to the exciting frontiers of new music.

Fat Fingers will search eBay and a few other sites for common misspellings for the term you searched for. This helps you find items that you normally wouldn’t find due to someone misspelling a name in their item title. Since the items wouldn’t normally turn up under the correct search term, you’ll be able to find deals on items that aren’t getting a lot of traffic due to their incorrect descriptions. The site also gives you a few other options like limiting your eBay searches to items that only take PayPal or that have a Buy It Now option.

The IMDb website consists of the largest known single accumulation of data on individual films (including complete cast and crew listings), television programs (including complete cast and crew listings), direct-to-video product and videogames reaching back to their respective beginnings, and worldwide in scope. Wherever possible, the information goes beyond simple screen or press credits to include uncredited personnel and companies involved, either artistically or technically, in the production and distribution, thus aiming at completeness of detail (even including filming locations of productions). Furthermore, IMDb tracks projects in production, and even major, announced projects still in the developmental stage. Simultaneously, a collateral database of all persons identified in the product database exists, including biographical details and information about other aspects of their professional lives not covered by individual entries in the database (theatrical appearances, commercial advertising appearances, etc.). Information is largely provided by a cadre of volunteer contributors, with only 17 members of the staff dedicated to monitoring the data received.
